If you have ever been a customer of McDonald's, if you have worked at McDonald's or are considering it, or you simply have something to say about it, then this website is for you.

I love McDonald's, I have since 1984.
An enjoyable 23 year relationship which, sadly, has recently come to an end.
The phrase should now read "I loved McDonald's"

Are you lovin' McDonald's? Personally I have lost complete faith. OK, to say I will never eat at McDonald's ever again may be a slight exaggeration (unless they ban me) but they just consistently fail to deliver their promise of Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value.
Customer satisfaction has peeked at an all time low in my house, so I thought I might just open a website.

McWelcome:
So what is this website for? Primarily it is a place for me to tell my story, to 'get it off my chest' so to speak. Running with that theme, it seemed obvious to provide an opportunity for you to do the same. Therefore it's a place for you (and me) to vent our frustrations and also learn a little about what really happens behind those magnificent Golden Arches™.

This website will certainly increase your awareness of McDonald's and the things you take for granted. Don't take anything at face value. Always insist on the best!
Potentially it could lead to a happier, more enjoyable experience for you and your family when visiting a McDonald's restaurant near you... I have the feeling they could be watching.

Of course it's not all bad, we are pleased to accept your good comments, provided they're genuine of course!
